The ideal candidate should have a balanced mix between programming/technical skills, solution design and presentation skills. This is a dynamic role which involves designing and developing robots and workflows using UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere platforms. Designing and implementing robots might involve many technical challenges in the areas of large-scale data processing, as well as satisfying complex business rules.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

5 or more years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development

Experience working on any of the RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Work Fusion) for at least 2 years

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Software documentation

Understanding the business process and discover the automation scope

Software testing

Working knowledge of programming languages like Python used widely for Machine Learning is preferable but not mandatory

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding and documenting the current process

Design, develop, test automation workflows.

Coordinating between different team members on RPA projects.

Deployment of RPA components: bots, robots, development tools.

Assuring the quality of the automation (QA processes)

Investigating problem areas
